The Role
Mineral Resources is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Administrator to join our Site Services team. The primary purpose is to advise and oversee all camp operations in the food and beverage space. This includes menu development and implementation, cost control, and retail operations. Your responsibility is to engage with site leadership and staff to ensure consistent service delivery in accordance with company contractual and legal requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of support to Supervisors, Camp Managers and Site Services staff.
- Plan and direction menus/subjects and their execution for each site to guarantee Town consistence with set guidelines.
- Executive Menu and Function Planning
- Conduct regular and systematic compliance audits at sites and involve external auditors as needed.
- Maintain Food Safety Plan/Wet Mesh Plan
- Provide training to Camp Managers and Head Chefs to ensure compliance with industry practices.
